Anoushka Gupta is the Founder and Chief Psychologist at Mindscaping, a mental health organization dedicated to making therapy accessible and inclusive. With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art and Play Therapy, and over 800 hours of experience, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.

She specialises in personalized mental health consultations, therapy, and support programs tailored to diverse needs. Under her leadership, Mindscaping provides affordable, impactful mental health solutions for all. She aims to bridge the gap between theoretical psychology and practical, evidence-based applications, contributing to both academic discourse and real-world mental health solutions. 

Ms. Yashaswini Bansal (Clinical Psychologist)

 Yashaswini Bansal is a licensed clinical psychologist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and unlock their full potential. With expertise in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), as well as stress management and relationship counseling, she provides a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. 

Whether addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or life transitions, Yashaswini offers guidance and support to foster growth, healing, and a fulfilling life.

Ms. Alisha Sansare (Counselling Psychologist)

Alisha Sansare is a psychologist dedicated to creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, Alisha offers steady support with warmth and clarity.

Her therapeutic approach is evidence-based yet flexible.

 Drawing from CBT, REBT, ACT, SFBT, and other modalities, she tailors each session to meet the unique needs of every individual. With specialized training in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, Alisha provides a safe, compassionate space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
